Shipment Processing Time
All orders are custom made just for you. Please allow a few days for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped or manufactured on weekends or holidays.
Orders using standard shipping are currently shipping up to 5-7 days after they were placed. Orders typically arrive 3-6 days after leaving our distribution center.
In rare instances items may have a delayed ship date. If your order item is expected to ship by a certain future date, that will be noted on the product page and your order confirmation email. Your entire order will ship once all order items are available.
If your order includes multiple items, each item might be produced in a different facility and thus your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.
We update our product pages with our best estimates for delivery times given our recent experience. These estimates are not guaranteed and unless otherwise stated do not include production time before shipping. Shipping times may be impacted by many factors including the exact location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Please be aware that recently due to COVID we have been experiencing periodic disruptions in shipping networks and the supply chain that have caused delays in production and shipping times. Under these circumstances it is much more difficult to make accurate projections of delivery times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we become aware of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will make every effort to contact you via email or telephone.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is ready and our fulfillment team scans your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with your tracking information. Simply open up this shipping confirmation email, and click the tracking link provided to see the delivery status of your order. Once your package leaves our warehouse your tracking will show a "pre-shipment status", and will update once the carrier has scanned the package.
Your shipping confirmation email is separate from your order confirmation email, which you would have received shortly after placing your order.
Additionally, you can access your tracking link and view the status of your order by logging into your HBCU Classic Apparel account.

My package is marked delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
This sounds like a job for our All-Stars! With your order number handy, please reach out to one of our All-Stars via email at hbcuclassicapparelshop@gmail.com, and they’ll open a case, utilize their detective training, and get to the bottom of where your package could be.
Do you offer free shipping?
Once your cart hits $99 (before tax) you will receive free standard shipping on orders within the United States!
Additionally, if you are in the Legend tier of our loyalty program your cart will automatically have free shipping on every order, regardless of the cart total. Doesn't get more legendary than that!
We do not offer free shipping on orders shipping outside of the United States.
